This mango salsa recipe is easy to make with ripe mangos, bell pepper, and lime juice. Jalapeños add some heat. It’s so refreshing and tasty on fish tacos or with chips for dipping. Mix all the ingredients, then let sit for about half an hour to allow the flavors to meld. That’s it!
Ingredients for Mango Salsa
- 1 Mango - peeled, seeded, and chopped
- ¼ cup Finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 Green onion, chopped
- 1 Fresh jalapeño chile pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro

Steps to Preparing Mango Salsa
Gather ingredients. Place mango, red bell pepper, green onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
Mix ingredients well to combine. Cover and let sit at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with chips. I also love to serve this mango salsa on top of fish tacos or any fish blackened with Cajun seasoning.
