  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter, cut into pieces and softened
  • ¾ cup Orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Grated orange zest
  • 1 Large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Chopped cranberries
  • ½ cup Chopped walnuts (Optional)
